THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The quality is cheap, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something decent instead. Save your c
